Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Affiliate Marketing Specialist to play a key role in scaling Ding’s affiliate channel. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where you will own day-to-day affiliate performance, manage and grow partner relationships, and drive expansion into new platforms, markets, and opportunities. You will be expected to take ownership of results within the channel — identifying, prioritising, and executing on opportunities to drive acquisition growth while improving efficiency and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Affiliate Channel Management

  • Own day-to-day performance across affiliate campaigns and partnerships
  • Optimise activity against key KPIs including CPA, CVR, ROAS, and CLV
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and scale performance

Publisher Growth & Relationship Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across priority markets
  • Build and manage strong relationships with publishers to drive sustained performance
  • Proactively grow and diversify the partner base to unlock incremental scale

Channel & Market Expansion

  • Drive testing and onboarding of new affiliate platforms and supply sources
  • Expand activity into new geographies, audiences, and traffic types
  • Identify and execute on new opportunities to grow the channel


Performance & Funnel Optimisation

  • Analyse campaign and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimise landing pages, offers, and user journeys
  • Run structured testing across creatives, offers, and GEO strategies

Commercial & Partner Strategy

  • Manage commission structures and partner incentives to maximise performance
  • Support and scale high-performing publishers through tailored approaches
  • Ensure traffic quality and compliance with brand and regulatory standards

Tracking, Data & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across affiliate activity
  • Monitor data integrity and own performance reporting across key KPIs
  • Translate insights into clear actions that drive measurable improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2–5 years experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise performance-driven campaigns or partnerships
  • Strong understanding of CPA/CPL models, attribution, and optimisation principles
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership

Nice to have:

  • Experience working across international or multi-market campaigns
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer)
  • Exposure to advanced tracking setups (e.g. S2S integrations)
  • Experience in fintech, remittance, or digital products
