About the role: This is a 12 month contract opportunity for an experienced Workplace or Facilities Manager to lead the day to day operations of a large professional services office in Perth. The role is responsible for the operational management of a multi floor corporate workplace supporting approximately 550 employees, with oversight of facilities services, hospitality, concierge, security, cleaning, and vendor performance.


You will manage a sizeable operating budget and work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure services are delivered to a consistently high standard. The project is hands on and customer facing, with a strong focus on service excellence, compliance, operational efficiency, and team leadership. This role is fully on site, five days per week, and plays a key role in maintaining a premium workplace experience.


We are looking for a seasoned Workplace or Facilities Manager with solid experience managing corporate office environments, ideally within professional services or similarly complex organisations.


You will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in workplace or facilities management
  • Proven experience managing hospitality, concierge, or front of house services in a corporate environment
  • Strong vendor and contractor management capability
  • Experience managing operational budgets and financial reporting
  • Sound understanding of WHS requirements and workplace compliance
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • A practical, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously
