THE ROLE


JOB TITLE: Senior Paid Search Specialist
LOCATION:
Dublin, Ireland (3 days per week in the office)
TYPE OF CONTRACT:
Permanent, Full-Time
SALARY RANGE:
Up to €65,000 + 10% bonus, depending on experience and seniority


We’re looking for a highly driven Senior Paid Search Specialist to join Ding’s growing performance marketing team.

This is a hands-on specialist role for someone who lives and breathes paid search, someone passionate about campaign optimisation, creative testing, performance analysis, and scaling profitable acquisition through Google Ads.


You’ll play a key role in managing and growing Ding’s global paid search activity across Search, Performance Max, Shopping and App Campaigns, helping drive customer growth across multiple international markets.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the craft of paid search itself, building campaigns, analysing performance data, refining structures, testing creative, and uncovering scalable growth opportunities.


You’ll also be encouraged to leverage emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow solutions to improve campaign execution, optimisation efficiency, reporting, and creative ideation at scale.


There is strong scope for future progression as the paid search function continues to evolve.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of large-scale Google Ads accounts across Search, Performance Max, Shopping and App Campaigns
  • Build, launch and optimise campaigns focused on profitable new customer acquisition
  • Continuously improve campaign performance across key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CLV, CTR and CVR
  • Manage campaign pacing, budgets and performance across multiple regions and international markets
  • Conduct keyword research, search query analysis, audience refinement and bid optimisation
  • Support ongoing testing initiatives across ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, audience targeting and bidding strategies
  • Write high-performing, conversion-focused ad copy across multiple customer segments and markets
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, CRM and Data teams to support scalable customer growth
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance insights using Looker Studio and platform reporting tools
  • Support tracking, attribution and audience management across Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Explore AI-powered tools and automation workflows to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency
  • Maintain a high standard of campaign QA, structure and execution across all account activity

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


  • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts
  • Strong experience across Search Campaigns, Performance Max and App Campaigns (UAC)
  • Proven track record improving acquisition performance and campaign efficiency at scale
  • Strong understanding of paid search optimisation, bidding strategies and auction dynamics
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
  • Strong copywriting instincts and a passion for performance-driven creative
  • Comfortable working across both the analytical and creative sides of paid search
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-moving campaigns
  • Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to improve marketing workflows and campaign performance

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience within fintech, remittance, eCommerce or international growth marketing
  • Google Ads certifications
  • Experience working across international or multilingual campaigns
  • Familiarity with first-party data strategies and remarketing audiences
