As part of its expansion strategy, AMCS presents an exciting opportunity for an individual experienced in Business, Process Engineering, or Quality to join AMCS as an Associate Quality and Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining global quality documentation
  • Ensuring processes, policies and procedures align with global standards
  • Regularly reviewing and auditing controlled procedures
  • Managing the controlled document change process to ensure documentation changes are approved for all business processes
  • Completing internal audits of SOC, and ISO 9001/14001 standards and managing reporting and remediation efforts when necessary
  • Managing non-conformance and corrective action records and associated remediations
  • Meeting Compliance training requirements to relevant standards
  • Manage the legal and risk register and work with teams on required actions
  • Monitoring and managing quality issues internally and with 3rd party vendors
  • Collaborating on ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives globally
  • Supporting efficient processes across all functions
  • Maintaining records of and communicating the continuous improvement efforts across the organisation
  • Executing administrative oversight in support of obtaining applicable quality and continuous improvement grants and subsidies

Skills And Competencies

Desirable

  • Background in process engineering and quality principles
  • Experience in auditing to ISO or SOC standards
  • Understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
  • Relevant third level qualification.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a need to engage cross functional stakeholders to drive quality across all facets of organisation
  • Possess strong planning, organisational and team work skills
  • Highly computer literate
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • The role would suit an enthusiastic, hardworking, hands on and motivated individual

  • Relevant third level qualification.
