What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to HR partner for our Cebu site and ANZ region
- Build and roll out HR strategies that keep our culture strong and our people thriving
- Drive recruitment, retention, and development of top talent
- Champion employee engagement and DEI initiatives
- Keep us compliant with PH and ANZ labor laws (DOLE + Fair Work Act)
- Collaborate with global teams on HR, Finance, and L&D projects
- Solve employee relations challenges with empathy and fairness
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years HR experience (preferably in tech or SaaS)
- Solid knowledge of PH and ANZ labour laws
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Experience in global/matrix organizations is a plus
- Bonus points if you know immigration/work authorization processes
