Job overview:
The Product Executive will report to the Head of Product.

This is a product role focused on applying product management fundamentals, contributing to discovery, delivery and optimisation of features that create value for customers and the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data and Commercial teams to support the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Success in this role means developing strong product instincts and contributing to measurable product improvements,


Responsibilities & Duties:
• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery and optimisation, working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in identifying customer needs through data analysis, research, and feedback, helping to shape product improvements and new features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to refine requirements and ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Help define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clarity and attention to detail.
• Contribute to prioritisation of product backlog items based on customer value, business impact, and data insights.
• Monitor and report on product performance using key metrics to track success and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support go-to-market activities including product launches, working with marketing and commercial teams to ensure strong positioning and execution.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
• Act as a voice of the customer by bringing insights into team discussions and advocating for simple, effective solutions.
• Participate in testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and user experience.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery.


Qualifications & Experience:
• 1-4 years of experience in Product management, consulting, technology, or a related field (internships or graduate roles included).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how products create business value.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment, with demonstrated experience of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated interest in digital products, technology, and customer experience.
• Understanding of product management principles such as agile development, user stories, and prioritisation (academic or practical exposure).
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn with a growth mindset.

Nice to Have
• Experience working with data tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Looker or Tableau dashboards) or experimentation frameworks (eg. Statsig, Adobe Target).
• Experience working in fintech or digital marketplaces.
• Understanding of or exposure to the remittance industry.
