Job Description:

Ocuco Ltd. is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our Dublin 15 headquarters on a temporary, fixed-term basis (maternity cover). This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring the office operates smoothly and remains a welcoming, well-maintained environment for employees and visitors.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong professionalism, adaptability, and cultural awareness. With frequent interaction across all levels, personality and cultural fit are key; they should be approachable, resourceful, and capable of fostering a welcoming environment.

This is a part-time, office-based role (4 hours per day, Monday to Thursday) for a fixed-term period of 6-7 months.

A full, clean driver’s licence is required.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring the workspace is organised, stocked, and running efficiently
  • Oversee reception duties, including handling deliveries, post, emails, and phone enquiries
  • Welcome visitors and manage sign-in processes, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, including setup, scheduling support, and catering as required
  • Maintain stock of office supplies, stationery, and groceries (including ordering and restocking)
  • Support general office upkeep, liaising with vendors where needed (e.g. cleaning, minor maintenance)
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks to support the wider team as required
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from staff and management
  • Assist in the coordination of internal events and office initiatives


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office administration or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Friendly and professional approach, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work from the office, four days per week (9am – 1pm).
  • Full, clean driver’s license
