  • Manage and strengthen supplier relationships across multiple communication channels.
  • Plan, prioritise, and manage tasks independently to meet deadlines and business objectives.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as required
  • Representing Ding in a friendly, professional, and positive manner.

What we
are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a STEM-related discipline, with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced numerical and analytical capabilities, with proven experience handling complex and data-intensive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, analytical thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset and data-driven approach is a must.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Microsoft Power Tools, including Power Query, is highly desirable.
  • Experience with ERP systems is considered a strong advantage.
