About this role:

We’re looking for a motivated and results driven Marketing Executive to join our Influencer Marketing/Ambassador team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing and scaling the Ding Ambassador Programme, our dedicated influencer marketing, ambassador & affiliate programme.

The role involves developing Ding’s Ambassador Program by sourcing, outreaching, and recruiting online (social media) influencers / content creators, to help grow Ding’s brand awareness and sales in international markets. The ideal candidate will have some experience in digital media/ influencer marketing and is curious about all thing’s digital marketing, social media, content creation, and related areas.

What we need you to do:

• Identify and recruit new Ding Ambassadors, across a wide range of international markets.

• Provide influencers with necessary resources, guidelines, and support.

• Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X (Twitter).

• Measure and report performance of all ambassador campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Plan, execute and measure activities to discover new influencers and ambassadors in our key send markets.

• Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation, in sync with other channels.

• Take ownership for your deliverables, end to end, with pragmatism and positivity.

What we
are looking for:

• 1-3 years’ experience working in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing or a similar role
  

• Strong knowledge of multiple social media platforms.

• Positive attitude, attention to detail & customer oriented, with good multitasking & organisational ability
  

• Data-savvy with ability to analyse performance metrics and make informed decisions.

• Creative thinker with a passion for social media, trends, and content creation.

• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
