We are looking for a Workforce & Services Specialist to join our Operations team.

You will be part of a distributed team where no two weeks look the same and there's always room to improve how things work. You'll own a broad range of operational areas spanning Admin, Finance, and HR support, working closely with our Head of Workforce & Services and cross-functional teams across multiple locations. The role is hands-on and varied, but the real value you'll bring is making things work better over time, not just keeping them running.

 

What you will do:

Admin & Supplier Management

  • Own relationships with suppliers and contractors, holding them to standards and flagging when something isn't working.

  • Coordinate facility operations across locations. Spot inefficiencies and propose fixes — you won't wait to be asked.

HR & People Support Support

  • HR administrative processes including documentation, onboarding logistics, and Health & Safety across countries.

  • Be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Finance Operations Support

  • Support Finance with invoice management, vendor liaison, expense tracking and purchasing processes.

  • Comfortable with detail without being slowed down by it.

What you will bring:

  • At least 1 year in an operations, admin or coordination role, with a track record of adapting and improving, not just executing.

  • Fluency in English (Spanish, Polish or Portuguese a plus).

  • Curious by nature: You ask why things work the way they do, not just how.

  • Tech fluent: Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp or similar.

  • You improve processes you inherit rather than just inheriting them.

  • Strong communicator who can work across teams, cultures and seniorities without needing a lot of hand-holding.
