Job Summary

We are looking for a Mission-Critical Solutions Engineer to bridge sales, strategy, and technical deployment design, delivering tailored solutions worldwide. You will guide the entire client engagement, from discovery to proposal, ensuring solutions are technically sound, culturally relevant, and commercially scalable. This role unifies BDR and Solution Designer functions, combining technical expertise with cultural and commercial sensitivity to drive scalable, customer-centric growth globally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Opportunity Discovery: Identify and qualify new prospects, leveraging regional insights and automation tools (Zoho MCP + Gemini).
  • Client Consultation: Conduct deep dive discovery, gather requirements, and advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions).
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Develop localised, multi-layered solutions including hardware, software, and integrations; present complex solutions in simple, business focused terms.
  • Geo-Targeted Adaptation: Ensure solutions comply with regional regulations, infrastructure, and cultural expectations; maintain a library of templates and configurations.
  • Proposal Development & Presentation: Lead creation of tailored proposals and pitches; coordinate technical, commercial, and legal inputs; deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
  • CRM & Process Automation: Maintain CRM pipeline, automate workflows, and use AI to optimise client interactions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success; provide regional insights for product innovation.
  • Role Impact: This role unifies BDR and Solution Designer functions, combining technical expertise with cultural and commercial sensitivity to drive scalable, customer-centric growth globally.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years’ proven track record in business development, sales, or enterprise account management, ideally within software, camera, construction technology, or mission critical industries.
  • Consultative sales, solution architecture, geo-market insight, cultural fluency, data-driven thinking, automation literacy, and technical communication.
  • Proven experience with high-value ($1M+) contracts.
  • Background in Sales Engineering, Business Development, or Solution Architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Zoho CRM, Google Workspace, and automation tools.
  • Experience delivering geo-tailored proposals and visual presentations (Slides, Miro, marketing media).
  • Available to work within UK or EST time zones.
