- Play an active role in agile ceremonies, including weekly planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with the wider engineering community on platform health reviews, post-mortems, and improving shared services.

- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage deployments on Kubernetes.

What you will bring:

- 7+ years of experience in backend software development.

- Strong professional experience with Scala.

- Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

- Experience working with GraphQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB).

- Evidence of proactively and independently solving complex problems.

- A collaborative mindset with experience in pair programming and peer reviews.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Kafka and Avro for event-driven architectures.

- Familiarity with AWS components and monitoring tools.

- Knowledge of Kubernetes-hosted environments.
