Your mission
NomuPay is a fast-growing global payments and fintech business, helping merchants move money seamlessly across borders. As we continue to scale our commercial organisation, we’re hiring an SDR Manager to build, lead, and elevate our Sales Development function.
This is a high-impact leadership role with ownership over pipeline creation, team performance, and the evolution of our go-to-market motion across the UK, EMEA, and APAC.
The Role
As SDR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and scaling a high-performing team of SDRs, ensuring consistent, high-quality pipeline generation for our Sales organisation. You’ll sit at the heart of our revenue engine, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to drive predictable growth.
This role suits a commercially minded leader who enjoys coaching, building process, and operating in a fast-paced fintech environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build, lead, and develop a team of SDRs across inbound and outbound motions
- Own SDR strategy, targets, and performance metrics (activity, meetings, pipeline, SALs)
- Coach SDRs on prospecting, qualification, messaging, and stakeholder engagement
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership to align pipeline creation with revenue targets
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality, ICP refinement, and campaign execution
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and enablement for new SDR team members
- Ensure strong CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and pipeline hygiene
- Continuously refine processes to support scale, efficiency, and quality
Your profile
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8+ years’ experience in SDR, BDR, or inside sales roles within fintech, payments, SaaS, or enterprise technology
- 2–5+ years’ experience managing and scaling SDR or BDR teams
- Proventrack recordof delivering pipeline through outbound and inbound strategies
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise customers
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and sales leadership
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
- Comfortable operating in regulated or compliance-led environments
