We are now investing heavily in our commercial and go-to-market function, starting with the build-out of a dedicated SDR team.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build a repeatable outbound sales engine in a payments-led fintech business. The focus is not ad-hoc selling — it’s structured prospecting, vertical-led targeting, and consistent pipeline creation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect generation using modernSaaS sales platforms
- High-volume outbound outreach
- Researching and targeting accounts within priority verticals
- Booking discovery calls for Sales and Solutions teams
- Maintainingaccurateactivity tracking in CRM and sales tools
Measured on:
- Outreach conversations
- Meetings booked
- Quality of discovery handovers

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in SDR, BDR, recruitment, or customer-facing roles
- Confident communicator comfortable with senior stakeholders
- Organised, resilient, and target-driven
- Interest in fintech, payments, or complex B2B sales
