  • Candidates located in the Western U.S. with reasonable access to a major commercial airport are well suited to this role
  • Frequent domestic travel to customers required (30 - 50%)
  • Limited international travel to Europe as required
  • Regular collaboration with global teams across the U.S., Europe, and Canada
  • Occasional out-of-hours support to align with global operations and compliance needs

  • There is no team to hand things off to. You’ll be the hunter, going out actively to establish new leads and win new business in a territory with real potential.
  • This role is supported by our North America marketing team and Chicago based operations team.


What you’ll help us achieve


  • As an individual contributor, you'll build your own weekly plan, run your own schedule, and take real satisfaction from turning first conversations into recurring revenue .
  • You will be instrumental in finding, shaping, and closing strategic pathology partnerships/ sales
  • You will map your territory, build and prioritize target lists, reach out to potential clients, and turn interest into formal agreements.
  • You will spend most of your time prospecting remotely, with around 30 - 50% travelling.
  • You'll sit down face to face with key senior decision makers, strengthen relationships, and seal deals/ exceeding sales targets & quotas
  • You will focus on hospital laboratories, regional reference labs, and physician office labs, positioning Diagnexia digital pathology services as a cost effective, high quality alternative
  • You will read the market, refine your approach based on what you see, and keep a tight, realistic pipeline so effort goes where it will move the needle.
  • You'll hit and achieve new business sales targets
  • Training required for the role, may include ISMS, GLP, DocuSign and GDPR awareness.


Required Skills and Experience:


  • You’ll be Westerns USA based (given customer timezone & international teams)
  • You are comfortable with regular travel on site (30 - 50%)
  • Bring a deep familiarity with regional, and ideally national US diagnostics markets, with a focus on anatomic pathology or digital pathology
  • 2-4+ years selling US digital pathology or diagnostic lab services.
  • Strong understanding of how digital pathology services are delivered, reimbursed, and scaled. This includes TC/PC models, reporting workflows, and the commercial drivers of U.S. diagnostic service delivery.
  • You know how to navigate to pathologists, medical directors, and lab directors. You already have or can rapidly build a strong network.
  • You understand the decision making dynamics behind outsourcing pathology and diagnostic services and can engage credibly with pathologists, medical directors, laboratory directors, and operational leaders.
  • Proven ability to engage & transform leads into sales
  • Track record of exceeding KPI’s/ Targets - comfortable as a hunter going out to find new business
  • You’re motivated by building something from the ground up in a company that is reshaping how pathology works for patients and providers.


Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience with GLP regulations or software will be ‘a distinct advantage’
