This is a remote role but you must be based in Poland.


The Opportunity


We’re looking for a driven and analytical Paid Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. If you have a passion for data-driven marketing, a knack for optimizing campaigns, and a desire to see your work directly impact company growth, this is the role for you!

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be a key player in executing and managing paid campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline for our sales team. You’ll work across a variety of digital platforms to expand our reach and help us achieve our ambitious revenue goals. We are looking for a "doer" - someone curious, conscientious, and ready to take ownership of their channels in a fast-paced environment.


What good looks like:


Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B SaaS or fast-paced agency environment.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is essential. Experience with Meta, Bing, and YouTube is a significant plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with large datasets and using tools like Google Analytics to track the user journey and attribute success.
  • Detail Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in campaign setup, tracking URLs, and ad copy proofing.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present performance updates clearly using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability: Ability to switch gears quickly and manage multiple workstreams in a scaling startup environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Active certifications in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, or Meta Blueprint.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Understanding of the "Client Work" industry or Project Management software landscape.
