About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who will pioneer the future of tech marketing by leveraging AI with authentic human-led content. This is a full-stack marketing role that combines technology and creativity to engage and energize our target market. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing experience, including in an early stage high-growth tech company.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: This is a results-first role, for a highly organized executor, able to tie marketing activities directly to pipeline generation and sales outcomes.
- Campaign Creation & Management: Own the full lifecycle of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Sales Support & Lead Optimization: Design programs specifically to support warm outbound initiatives and accelerate intent inbound leads.
- High-Value Event Optimization: Drive measurable sales outcomes from partner events, executive roundtables, and practitioner meetups.
- Curiosity and Innovation: Continually test new channels, features and tactics to stay ahead of marketing and technology shifts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, focussed on B2B tech.
- Including 2+ years in a smaller fast-paced SaaS company.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal skills, with authoritative content creation.
- Deep fluency in marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Gong, Clay).
Preferred Skills
- Develop and champion content with strong personality, hot takes, and proprietary stories to build influence for our brand.
- Product/Brand Storytelling: Craft narrative-driven content that articulates the value we deliver for Bronto customers.
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): Optimize content workflow for presentation by Large Language Models (LLMs) and answer engines.
- Implement AI-driven workflows to automate repeatable marketing components (e.g. social media, content repurposing, initial ideation).
Candidates must be prepared to share specific, data-backed success stories from their marketing journey.
