Location: Remote role based in Poland
About the team:
We are inviting an IT Support Specialist to join our Support team. We will be happy to welcome new team members who are not afraid of non-trivial tasks, can offer non-standard technical solutions, and take initiative.
Key responsibilities:
- Technical support for employees: onboarding new employees, creating accounts, granting rights and licenses, resolving current issues;
- Administration and troubleshooting of user VPN connections;
- User access management in the SSO system;
- Account administration in cloud and on-premises systems: Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active Directory;
- Email system administration: on-premises and third-party;
- Third-party services license management: usage tracking, application processing, payment control;
- Infrastructure health monitoring (Zabbix, etc.);

Documentation: working in the bug-tracking system (Jira), creating and updating instructions (Confluence), and accounting for equipment and licenses;
We expect:
- Skills and experience with Windows (Windows 10/11, Server 2016, Azure AD) and MacOS;
- Knowledge of the operating principles of email systems and services;
- Knowledge and understanding of the 7-layer OSI model, Ethernet, IP, TCP, UDP protocols;
- Basic understanding of the virtualization technologies;
- Skills and experience of working with Unix systems (mainly Linux) are desirable;
- English at the level of correspondence with native speakers;
- Location: only Poland;
