The Mission

We are looking for a passionate, empathetic, and highly knowledgeable infant feeding expert to join us for a maternity cover. Your goal is to ensure that as we scale into new markets, the mother-baby dyad remains represented and supported.

Core Responsibilities

1. Clinical Support & User Advocacy
  • Direct Support: Use your knowledge of lactation and infant feeding to provide evidence based support to users of our product, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
  • Internal Representation: Act as the advocate for breastfeeding mothers and families within the business. You will be involved in internal plans and product roadmaps to ensure the family’s voice is represented.
  • User Research: Conduct home visits for user testing and feedback sessions, translating real-world experiences into actionable insights.

2. Content & Educational Strategy
  • Expert Content Creation: Draft and review written assets and marketing materials to ensure they are clinically accurate and supportive of the breastfeeding journey.
  • Thought Leadership: Create and publish engaging articles and blog posts on breastfeeding, infant health, and feeding trends.
  • Asset Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce educational resources that support and educate users of our product.
  • Know the Research: Have a thorough and ongoing understanding of breastfeeding research and keep up to date with newly released studies that are of note to the brand and the product.

3. Events & Global Expansion
  • Market Growth: Support the business as we roll out the product in new territories, ensuring our messaging is culturally sensitive and clinically sound.
  • Event Representation: Be the "face of the brand" at store launches, trade shows, outreach events, and educational seminars.

Who You Are

  • Qualified Expert: You likely hold a qualification as an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), Midwife, or have significant equivalent experience in infant feeding.
  • Empathetic Communicator: You can translate complex medical or physiological information into warm, digestible, and non-judgmental advice.
  • Willing to Travel: You are comfortable with home visits and attending in-person events or conferences abroad as a representative of the company.
