Your role

As Demand Generation Manager, you'll own and scale our demand generation engine. Reporting to the Director of Growth, you'll drive pipeline generation, brand building, and distribution growth across multiple channels.


While this is an early stage role, you're not starting from scratch. You're inheriting proven channels and a healthy budget. Your job is to add rigor, scale what's working, and find new opportunities to drive growth.


Key responsibilities

  • Own and optimize pipeline-generating channels including LinkedIn, events, organic, matchmaking, etc
  • Drive demand generation initiatives: partner marketing, content marketing, paid campaigns, and media partnerships
  • Lead campaign execution for major launches and initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities (website, social, content development, email marketing, etc)
  • Use Hubspot for regular reporting, workflow, and attribution activities


Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles (ecommerce SaaS/Shopify ecosystem experience highly preferred)
  • Proven track record managing significant marketing budgets and driving pipeline
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize for ROI
  • Experience with paid media channels and demand generation tactics
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to own a broad range of responsibilities and outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment


Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce, Shopify ecosystem, or selling to DTC brands
  • HubSpot expertise (workflows, reporting, attribution)
  • Content marketing or product marketing experience
  • Early-stage startup experience
  • ABM/upmarket/enterprise marketing experience
