We’re now hiring a Customer Success Specialist to help our clients get obsessed with Barespace.
The Role
You’ll be the trusted partner for new and existing salon clients, supporting, educating, and empowering them to get the absolute most from Barespace. You’ll guide clients post-onboarding, answer queries, deepen product adoption, and protect retention across our client base.
This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, solves problems quickly, and thrives in a high-energy startup environment.
What You’ll Do
Support & Success: Be the go-to contact for salon clients, ensuring they feel supported and confident using Barespace.
Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to salon owners and managers.
Training: Host training sessions (virtual and in person) that turn new users into confident pros.
Retention & Growth: Monitor client health, spot risks early, and drive product adoption.
Voice of the Customer: Gather insights, share feedback, and collaborate with product and sales teams.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, support, and product to create a seamless client experience.
