How will you make an impact?

  • Building small-scale AI automations (LLM workflows, prompt engineering, API integrations)
  • Supporting data analysis projects (HR, performance, hiring analytics)
  • Exploring AI tools to improve internal processes
  • Testing and implementing productivity tools (e.g., AI copilots, workflow automation)
  • Creating internal documentation and use cases


Who We’re Looking For

  • Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or similar
  • Strong curiosity about Generative AI and LLMs
  • Basic Python knowledge
  • Familiarity with APIs or automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • Structured thinking and strong ownership mindset


A genuine interest in:

Our Selection Process

We want your journey with Ding to be transparent, fair, and engaging from start to finish.

Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Apply Online – Submit your application with your CV and tell us a bit about what excites you most about joining Ding.
  2. Initial Screening – Our HR team will review applications based on eligibility, academic background, and motivation. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the next stage.
  3. First Interview with HR – HR will connect with you to discuss your experience, suitability for the role and answer any questions regarding the role or Ding.
  4. Interviews with Business Leaders – Selected candidates will meet with business leaders across Ding to explore your fit with the team and role.
  5. Final Interview with CEO – Candidates who stand out will have a conversation with our CEO, Roland Bryan, giving you a chance to engage directly at the leadership level.
  6. Offer & Onboarding – Successful candidates will receive an offer to join either our Graduate Programme or one of our Easter/Summer Internship placements, with a tailored onboarding plan to help you start strong.
