About Jarvio

Jarvio is the AI operator for eCommerce brands. It runs the operational work that eats a brand's day: building and fixing listings, managing ads, tracking inventory, and keeping catalogs clean across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop. You tell Jarvio what you want and it does the work across channels.

We went from ~0 to over 1,500 brands signed up in under 10 weeks. We're based in San Francisco, founded in Ireland, and backed by investors who've operated at Amazon and built real eCommerce brands. 

The role

You make sure our biggest customers get value from Jarvio every week, then turn that value into retention, expansion, referrals, and proof.

You will own a book of Scale+ customers, track their health, respond quickly when something breaks, follow up when bugs are fixed, and make sure customers know when we ship something they asked for. You will document every high-value use case, turn strong accounts into case studies, and create playbooks that make success repeatable across customers.

Your job is to make Jarvio part of each customer’s weekly operating rhythm, then expand the relationship as the product becomes more valuable.

What you'll do

• Own a book of Scale+ customers and their net revenue retention.
• Work inside Jarvio alongside customers to get their operational work done.
• Document every use case and build a library that makes it easy to transfer playbooks across accounts.
• Track the happiness of every Scale+ customer and act before a problem becomes churn.
• Feed what you learn back to the product and the team.

About you

• Deep Amazon expertise. You know listings, ads, inventory, and catalog work cold.
• You are comfortable with AI tools like Jarvio and can train new users.
• You communicate clearly with customers and with the internal team.
• You're organized and turn messy customer work into a repeatable process.
