Responsibilities
• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, to ensuring clients are actively using TransferMate.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Prospect and generate new business through email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and industry networking.
• Understand client needs using structured frameworks and tailor value-based solutions.
• Work closely with compliance, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong activation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and share insights to continuously improve customer experience.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and performance tracking to meet quarterly and annual targets.
Requirements
• 3+ years in fintech, payments, or B2B financial solutions with proven success in a quota-carrying role
• Strong experience managing end-to-end sales cycles
• Mandarin fluency to support China-market clients and partners
• A team player who collaborates, communicates, and lifts others
• Self-motivated, organised, systematic, and hungry to grow
• A problem-solver, reflective, constructive, always moving forward
• Resilient and solutions-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
• Experience selling cross-border payments, FX, PSP solutions, or fintech products
• Understanding of compliance, merchant onboarding, and payment operations
• Experience working with China / HK cross-border merchants or PSPs
