Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or software business, with a clear track record of shipping product that moved meaningful metrics — not just features, but outcomes.
  • You actively use AI tools in your daily work — for research, synthesis, writing and prototyping. This is not aspirational; it is how you already operate.
  • You have a proven track record of releasing successful customer facing AI powered features.
  • Hands-on experience using AI prototyping and development tools (such as Claude, Figma Make, Lovable or similar) to build working proof-of-concepts independently. You can go from idea to testable artefact in hours, not weeks.
  • You can hold a substantive conversation about how AI systems work — LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt design, model evaluation and trade-offs — without needing a translator. You do not need to build these systems yourself, but you need to understand them well enough to lead their design credibly and make real technical decisions alongside engineering.
  • You are passionate, self-motivated, and obsessed with quality. You are a problem solver and a team player, but you know when to take the initiative. You have high agency. You figure things out, and don’t wait for someone to unblock you.
  • You are flexible and adaptable, and thrive in fast paced environments. You have a keen appetite to deeply understand our customers and are driven to solve their problems.
  • You understand how to work as part of an empowered product team — engineers, designers and QA — and you know the difference between a coordination role and a leadership role. You are here to lead.
  • Excellent written communication skills: your specs, strategies and narratives are clear, precise and persuasive. Engineers can build from your requirements without chasing you for clarification.
  • You have a strong data and analytical mindset — you are comfortable working with complex data and metrics. You ask questions of data, and you are experienced in making decisions with evidence rather than assumptionExperience running structured customer and user research — interviews, usability testing, jobs-to-be-done analysis — and translating insight into product direction.
  • You have a proven track record of working independently and as part of a highly collaborative team, managing multiple priorities without losing quality or pace.
  • You are outcome-oriented and commercially aware. You define, fight for and clearly communicate the customer and business impact of your product area — not just what shipped, but what changed. You understand how product decisions connect to retention, growth and revenue.

What You Can Expect

Working at Teamwork.com is not like a normal job. We believe in hiring great people and looking after them the way they deserve. This is a role where you will own something that matters, work with people who are genuinely excellent at what they do, and operate in an environment that respects your intelligence and your time.

You will own your product area — not just the backlog, but the problem space. You will have real autonomy, real accountability and real influence over the direction of a product used by millions of people every day. You will report to Group Product Manager and work closely with our broader product leadership team.

We take AI tool adoption seriously at every level of the organisation. We expect this Senior PM to be ahead of the curve, not catching up with it — and we will invest in giving you the tools, time and access to do that. This includes a generous learning and development budget that covers AI tools, courses, Reforge programmes and industry conferences.

We ship frequently. We run real experiments. We do genuine customer research. We debate trade-offs using evidence. We make mistakes openly and learn from them fast. If that is how you like to work, you will feel at home here immediately.
