We’re now hiring a Head of Growth Marketing for North America, to drive pipeline growth, elevate our regional brand presence, and accelerate adoption across Transport, Construction, Municipal, Aviation, Waste, Utilities, and Enterprise fleets.
This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role for a marketer who thrives on ownership, creativity, and measurable results.
The Role
The Head of Growth Marketing – North America will lead planning and execution of integrated regional programs across the US and Canada to generate net-new pipeline and support customer expansion. You will work with a dotted line into the CRO, NA and in lockstep with Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Central Marketing to design targeted campaigns for multi-stakeholder Enterprise and Mid-Market buyers.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you’ll help us shape how CameraMatics shows up in the most competitive fleet technology market in the world.
We fully support using AI tools for ideation, research and structuring but all final output must feel human, sharp, and true to the CameraMatics brand
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional GTM Planning & Execution
· Own the North America regional marketing strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
· Localise global campaigns into US-focused programs across events, webinars, content syndication, digital amplification, and ABM/ABX orchestration.
· Build a repeatable field marketing playbook covering targeting, sales workflows, messaging, invites, and pre- and post-nurture.
· Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
2. Pipeline Growth & Account Acceleration
· Partner closely with North America Sales Leadership, AEs, and SDRs to define territory priorities, target accounts, buyer personas, and contact strategies.
· Launch multi-touch programs that create new opportunities and influence active deals.
· Identify contact gaps at Enterprise and strategic accounts and activate outbound programs to create new entry points.
· Provide Sales and SDRs with messaging, outreach kits, follow-up sequences, and meeting-driving assets.
· Deliver against pipeline creation targets and report performance clearly and consistently.
3. Events, Field Experiences & Industry Activation
· Lead planning and execution for trade shows, industry events, regional roadshows, roundtables, partner events, and customer experiences across North America.
· Own logistics, pre-event promotion, onsite presence, meeting generation, and post-event conversion workflows.
· Build a scalable events engine that consistently converts attendance → meetings → opportunities → revenue.
· Collaborate with Content and Customer teams to bring strong thought leadership and customer success stories to the market.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work with Content to tailor messaging for North American fleet, safety, operations, and compliance buyers.
· Partner with Digital to run paid social, retargeting, and nurture campaigns that support regional pipeline goals.
· Activate Channel & Alliance partners (OEMs, body builders, telematics resellers) to co-host events and campaigns.
· Align with Customer teams on expansion, retention, and advocacy initiatives.
5. Measurement, Reporting & Optimization
· Track full-funnel metrics from engagement → meetings → opportunities → pipeline ACV → closed-won revenue.
· Report performance, insights, and actions to Sales and Marketing leadership.
· Reallocate budgets based on ROI and proven channel performance.
· Use Salesforce and intent/data tools (e.g. lead forensics, ZoomInfo) to drive data-led planning.
6. Social Growth & Brand Elevation (Key Focus Area)
· Lead regional growth of CameraMatics’ social presence, particularly LinkedIn, with measurable targets across impressions, follower growth, and engagement.
· Work with Content and Design to produce bold video-led content that differentiates CameraMatics in a crowded US telematics and fleet safety market.
· Equip Sales and Leadership teams to expand their digital presence and amplify key messages.
· Track month-over-month growth and optimise to accelerate reach, influence, and brand visibility.
Experience & Skills
· 5+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise tech marketing experience ideally in telematics, fleet, AI, IoT, transportation, mobility, or industrial technology.
· Demonstrated success driving regional pipeline through field marketing and ABM/ABX motions.
· Deep understanding of multi-stakeholder Enterprise buying cycles in transportation, logistics, field services, construction, or related sectors.
· Strong collaboration with Sales, SDRs, Channel, and Customer teams.
· Excellent program and project management, structured, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
· Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent platforms (e.g. ZoomInfo) is a decisive advantage.
· Creativity and boldness - you enjoy breaking through noise with differentiated marketing.
· Strong analytical skills and confidence in presenting results and optimisations to leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary” up to $90,000
· Variable compensation paid quarterly against pipeline generation and SQL conversion targets.
