We are looking for a fiercely independent sales professional to own our commercial engine and help us scale.
Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, self-sufficient Sales Lead to join our team. As our sole sales professional (a powerhouse team of one) in a fast-growing startup, you will have the unique advantage of laying the groundwork, setting the strategy, and ultimately scaling the entire sales function as we grow. This is an execution-focused role, not a management position. You will own the entire sales lifecycle, from hunting down fresh leads to closing deals, with the ultimate goal of helping us 10x our revenue over the next couple of years, and reaping the rewards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Target Key Verticals: Proactively identify and target high-potential prospects across our core sectors

Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads using a mix of outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email sequences, cold calling), event networking, and partnerships.

Messaging Iteration: Continually test and refine outbound messaging that speaks directly to the specific pain points of each persona and industry.
2. End-to-End Sales Process & Management

Deal Ownership: Move prospects seamlessly through the sales pipeline from first contact to a successful handover for project delivery.

Qualification: Protect your time fiercely by qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities effectively to ensure focus remains on high-value leads.

Pitch Coordination: Partner with our Founder, Designers, and Productions team to coordinate, shape, and support the preparation of tailored pitch materials and proposals.

CRM Hygiene: Own follow-ups, meeting coordination, and pipeline management to keep our sales engine running like clockwork.
3. Proposal Development & Conversion

Commercial Proposals: Help develop compelling commercial presentations and proposals that align our creative capabilities with the client's business objectives.

Scope & Price: Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to scope and price projects accurately.

Close the Deal: Lead and support key sales meetings, building deep trust with senior stakeholders to move opportunities across the finish line.
4. GTM Input & Systems

Market Intelligence: Act as our eyes and ears on the ground, gathering market insights to refine our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and positioning.

Modern Sales Tech: Maintain a clean, automated, and up-to-date CRM (HubSpot) to track forecasts, pipeline health, and activity metrics.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

The "Solo Operator" Mindset: Proven ability to work completely independently, manage your own schedule, and generate results without a massive support team behind you.

Proven Track Record: 3–5+ years of sales experience, ideally within a creative agency, SaaS, or tech-forward environment.

AI-Fluent: Highly experienced and deeply comfortable utilizing AI tools (e.g., for lead sourcing, drafting outreach, data analysis, or workflow automation) to maximize your output.

Cross-Industry Comfort: A versatile communicator who can pivot effortlessly from speaking with a museum curator to pitching an enterprise tech HR executive.
