About the role

For too long hospitality has run on spreadsheets and manual tip calculations. JustTip has been built to replace all of it. JustTip collects tips and service charges, pulls in time and attendance data, allocates funds automatically, and pays every employee directly to their bank account every week. No manual entry. No chasing. No errors.


To date we are working with over 1,000 businesses and 25,000+ amazing staff across Europe and the UK. The best part is this is just the beginning! With over 380% YoY growth and 20+ people on the JustTip team we are building the most customisable, low-friction gratuities management solution in the UK and EU (more countries coming soon ).


The people joining now are not filling seats. They are building the function.


New UK legislation means every hospitality business is on the hook for how they handle tips. Get it wrong and it is up to £5,000 per employee in liability. We built the software that fixes it, including the first self-service tronc solution in the UK. Venues are signing up. Now we need someone who makes sure they actually succeed.


This role spans the full customer journey: support, onboarding, and long-term retention. You will own our HubSpot instance from day one, with the expectation of building a team around it.


What you’ll own

  • Customer service and support: the first voice clients hear when something needs fixing or answering
  • End-to-end onboarding: contract signed to venue live, plus automating the process so it scales without you doing everything manually
  • Tronc and tipping policy setup: complex configurations for real venues, using the first self-service tronc product in the UK 
  • A growing portfolio of UK and Ireland accounts: relationships, renewals, and expansion
  • HubSpot: own it, build it, and eventually hire around it
  • The feedback loop between customers and product
  • The playbooks, docs, and workflows that turn a one-person function into a team



What we’re looking for

  • 2-4 years in customer success, onboarding, or account management. Hospitality or fintech background gets you ahead.
  • 1-4 years HubSpot experience. You have built flows and pipelines, not just logged calls.
  • Organised in a way that actually holds up under pressure
  • A strong writer. Your emails get replies. Your follow-ups do not feel like follow-ups.
  • Someone who fixes things before being asked
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dublin or London
