About Evercam
We’re on a mission to become the category leader for RDI (Reality Driven Intelligence).
Construction is a $7 trillion industry that still runs on stories. Plans describe what should happen. Reports describe what people said happened. Most decisions get made on assumptions, emails, and "he said, she said."
Evercam closes that loop. We capture continuous, structured reality on the world's largest construction sites (cameras, drones, 360°), and turn it into intelligence that flows into the workflows, becoming their ground truth.
We are:
*85% of our team responded that the reason why they stay is our Culture or our People. (Collaboration Survey Q1 2026)
How we work
We have three values and we actually use them. It is how we hire, how we promote, and what gets celebrated at our Umarell Awards.
Things we care about
Ownership, properly. We don’t mean ownership in the motivational poster sense. You carry the number, the decisions and the outcomes. The Ireland BU Director has a P&L. It’s yours. The good months and the bad months.
Data over opinion. We run on numbers. Revenue, margin, DSO, pipeline health, product adoption. If you can’t measure it, we’re suspicious of it. This isn’t bureaucracy, it’s how we make good decisions fast.
Building people. Not just managing them. The best leaders make the people around them better. We measure this. We care about it. If you’re joining to run a team, this isn’t the role. If you’re joining to build one, keep reading.
AI as a genuine capability. Not AI as a talking point. We expect the Ireland BU to be the reference point for how Evercam uses AI across commercial operations. That starts with the person leading it.
Saying the real thing. We’d rather hear a hard truth early than a comfortable update that turns into a problem. This applies to how we talk to customers, how we run our business and how we
hire.
What this role actually is
Ireland is our heartland. It’s where Evercam started. Our longest and most loyal customers are here. Ireland is where we’re most deeply specified, and from that foundation, we launched what is now a global business.
The interesting problem here isn’t awareness, it’s depth. How do you go from market leader to market essential? That’s harder and more interesting than greenfield, and we’re putting the right leader in place to take Ireland to its next level.
This role isn't "country manager who keeps the lights on." It's the operator who turns our strongest market into the laboratory for what comes next, and brings the rest of the company along.
A quick note before you read on: Vinnie isn't going anywhere. We're expanding our leadership structure to support our next stage of growth.
The honest stuff
Who we’re looking for
Someone who knows this industry. Construction experience is strongly preferred. We’ll also talk to strong commercial operators from SaaS or broader technology. What we won’t do is hire someone who needs six months to understand who our customers are and what keeps them up at night.
Someone with a formed point of view. You can say clearly what construction technology looks like in five years. AI-driven site intelligence, digital twins, reality capture, you’ve thought about this and have an opinion. You bring this into how we sell, how we talk to customers and what we feed back into product.
A builder of people. You take genuine satisfaction from developing others. You’re as proud of the careers you’ve shaped as the numbers you’ve hit. You create environments where teams learn and improve.
Commercially serious. You’ve carried a P&L and taken it seriously. Revenue, margin, cash, efficiency, not as concepts but as real things you’ve managed. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience.
AI-fluent. You use AI tools actively in your own work as a genuine capability multiplier. You’re curious about what’s emerging, experimental, and systematic about embedding it across the team.
High EQ. High collaborator. You read rooms. You know when to lead, when to support and when to get out of the way. Direct without being blunt. Confident without being rigid. Comfortable turning strategy into GTM and driving key results.
What you’ll own
A few practical things
1) Intro call with our CCO. 30 minutes. We want to understand your motivation and you should understand ours. Honest conversation, both ways.
2) Commercial interview. With the CCO and CEO. We’ll go deep on your commercial track record, your point of view on the market and how you think about leading a team.
3) Meet the Ireland team. The people you’d be working with most closely. No agenda — just a real conversation.
4) Commercial challenge day. We’ll pay you for a day of real work on a real problem we’re solving. Most people say it’s the best part of the process.
5) Offer. If we’re both happy, we move fast.
