Growth Product Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to define problems, shape solutions, and ship high-impact features that customers actually use.

This role suits someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving SaaS environment, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for one or more core product areas
• Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritise work using data, customer feedback, and commercial impact
• Work daily with engineers to scope, sequence, and deliver features
• Collaborate with design on UX flows and usability improvements
• Partner with commercial, support, and ops teams to validate problems and solutions
• Define success metrics and evaluate feature performance post-launch
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or tech-led business
• Strong experience working with engineering teams (APIs, data models, mobile/web)
• Comfortable making trade-offs and decisions with imperfect information
• Data-literate and able to reason using metrics, funnels, and usage patterns
• Clear communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Customer-focused mindset with strong product intuition
• Executing A/B tests and have a growth mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or marketplace platforms
• Experience working on mobile apps (iOS/Android, React Native)
• Familiarity with analytics tools, experimentation, or A/B testing
• Background in fitness, wellness, or vertical SaaS
