About the role
Reporting to: Operations Assistant Manager
Job type: Permanent
Working Pattern & Hours: The role operates on a shift rota with hours of 8:00am–4:30pm or 1:00pm–9:30pm, and will also require inclusion in the scheduled weekend rota.

About You
You are an experienced and proactive team leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment. With strong people-management skills, you know how to supervise daily operations, delegate effectively, and motivate your team to deliver consistent, high‑quality results. You take pride in developing others, providing coaching, and ensuring everyone has the training they need to perform their best.
You have a solid understanding of warehouse processes, from receiving and inspecting goods to accurate storage, stock control, and documentation. You’re confident working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and have a keen eye for identifying discrepancies, supporting audits, and maintaining clear, compliant records. Experience working to regulatory standards is desirable.
