Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the teamDiscover the story behind the data- Analyse financial & non-financial data of new and existing customers to gain an understanding of their businessAssess and quantify risk- Learn to evaluate the challenges of running an eCommerce business and how Wayflyer can fund that growth responsibly.Connect with customers directly- Join regular calls to deepen our understanding of their business models, funding needs, and future plans.Collaborate with management to build and implement new processes and productsSupport our sales and operations teams by understanding how they win and manage relationships with customersLearn about our existing loan portfolio, our portfolio management tools, knowing when to exit risky relationships, etcCollaborate across Wayflyer- Partner with teams across the business to connect dots, share insights, and drive impact. What Makes You a Great FitYou’ve completed (or are soon to complete) an undergraduate degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Engineering/Law/Computer ScienceYou can demonstrate a consistent and strong academic recordYou have an interest in credit risk analysis and portfolio managementYou’re confident communicating your ideas- You are comfortable leading meetings and presenting your findings and recommendationsYou think founder-first and have a passion for entrepreneurship and early-stage businessesYou are insatiably curious by nature and eager to understand the key drivers to operating a successful online business.
