As a Business Development Manager at Swoop, you will drive revenue by building and scaling B2B partnerships across equipment vendors, software vendors, Value Added Resellers (VARs), and accountants.
Your core mission: generate high-quality financing leads into Swoop through active, engaged partners.
This is a fast-paced, sales-led role focused on winning new partners, activating their sales teams, and creating a strong, consistent flow of SME finance opportunities.
You will:
Test new commercial approaches to reach SMEs seeking equipment and tech finance.
Main KPI:
👉 Volume and quality of financing leads generated from partner channels.
