About the role
Evercam runs on a lot of moving parts — CRM, Desk, Finance, Analytics, Sales, CS, Product — and this role keeps them moving in the right direction.
As BizOps Project Manager, you own the full lifecycle of BizOps work: from the moment a request comes in (through Zoho Desk, GitHub, or a meeting) to the moment it's delivered, documented, and actually adopted by the team.
This isn't a coordinator role. You'll be expected to bring structure to ambiguous problems, manage stakeholders across functions, and understand our systems well enough to spot ownership gaps and downstream risks before they become issues.
What you'll do
Intake & backlog
- Own the first pass on every BizOps request — clarify the problem, the stakeholder, the urgency, and the expected output before work begins.
- Keep tickets visible, assigned, and moving. Stop things from disappearing into informal channels.
- Route the right work to the right people (analytics → data team; architecture → Head of BizOps; delivery → you).
Project delivery
- Build lightweight project plans with clear owners, milestones, risks, and next actions.
- Run check-ins, chase blockers, document decisions, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Prepare OLD → NEW delta tables before any change that touches real systems or teams.
- Coordinate QA, rollout, training, and post-launch feedback.
Documentation & adoption
- Maintain GetOutline docs, project notes, and handoff materials.
- Turn repeated questions into better process notes or workflow improvements.
- Help teams move away from ad hoc messages toward visible, trackable systems.
Systems & GTM intelligence
- Understand Zoho CRM, Desk, Analytics, Books, and related integrations well enough to reason about ownership, source-of-truth conflicts, and downstream impact.
- Support GTM systems work: Revenue Intelligence, Forecast Category validation, ICP/play tagging, stage evidence gates, lead-to-cash visibility.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Analytics, Product, and BizOps so systems support how people actually work, not just how tools can be configured.
- Translate business goals into clear requirements across data models, fields, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Help evaluate build-vs-buy options, weighing speed, maintainability, data quality, and adoption.
What we're looking for
- Strong project management and written communication — you close loops and leave a clear trail.
- Comfortable with operational systems: CRM, ticketing, finance tools, documentation platforms.
- Can structure ambiguity into tasks, owners, dates, and decisions.
- Technical enough to understand workflows, data fields, and automation handoffs — you don't need to build it, but you need to get it.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho (CRM, Desk, Analytics, or Books) — this is our core stack and there's no ramp-up time budgeted here.
- Good judgement on escalation, change risk, and when to slow down before rolling something out.
- Revenue-process curiosity — you're comfortable learning how lead-to-cash works end to end and why it matters at Series B stage.
- User empathy — you care how people actually use systems, not just how they can be configured.
