Role Overview
We're at a pivotal moment, scaling our go-to-market motion and building an ambitious sales team ready to take over the market. We’re building this early sales team in person so we can collaborate, learn from each other and accelerate career advancement.

Core Responsibilities:
- Mentor the BDR team to master fearless cold calling and high-level prospecting.
- Refine the existing outbound playbook and optimise LinkedIn and Email sequences.
- Ensure the team consistently creates high-quality Discovery Calls for the Sales Team.
- Maintain a rigorous standard for running outbound cadences and managing lead flows.
- Foster a team environment rooted in our core values of problem-solving, learning, innovation, and appreciation.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in SaaS sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or "Team Lead" capacity within an SDR/BDR environment.
- Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment, specifically within the B2B SaaS space.
- Expert-level knowledge of running outbound sequences, prospecting tools, and cold calling.
- A track record of consistently exceeding team-wide or individual quotas.
- Strong alignment with core values: problem-solving, learning, innovation, appreciation, and team mentality.
